DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY An SNS job from hell! To fix the breakage, cracks in color, tips that flew off after 5 days of the process,that they did 5 days prior, they charged me $65 for a repair job. The new set price was $75.00. Kim asked if I type a lot" Yes Kim I type with the back of my hand using my nail bed to hit the keys". Kim has no idea how to do extensions or SNS. All the nails were different shapes. As a customer I should not have to tell you how to do your job. My underlying nail is exposed. There is a gap between the tip and my nail. How do you charge for such poor service. I notifed the owner 4 days after install showing him the cracks. He would not let anyone else fix it but Kim, who only works 2 days a week. So in week 2 of my set they said, its 2 weeks so its $65.00. Its a fix not a fill. You botched the job and charge customers to fix it!!?? It's a scam. Stealing money..my money. Let's get the State involved, the health department and whoever else needs to be notified. I got time. All these reviews about the different services with the same result or worse. Simply unacceptable.
