Kind of wishing I had heeded the advice in other reviews. The space is nice, but for what they are charging the quality of work is poor. Others being sat were offered tea, I was not, would have loved one though! I said i liked the current rounded shape so to just file a little shorter, she clipped them square, when I asked her to do a better job rounding them she did one foot but not the other which I unfortunately didnt notice until she was painting them. In general the shape of my toenails is not symmetrical or matching. I also got a deeper color, and she did not do enough coats to make the color even. Im sure other technicians are potentially better but there should be bar for all. Its a shame because its conveniently located and has a clean vibe, I would have been a repeat customer.

Came in with a friend pretty late on a Saturday night, had come here before a few times with decent experiences. This time, they were very much rushing to do gels, so they were a bit more careless with the shaping and manicuring. My fingers feel so sensitive and inflamed currently, my friend feeling similarly. Not quite interested in coming back again.
