        i was hopeful about trying somewhere new, but unfortunately didnt have the same luck as everyone else. took 40+ minutes just for a gel removal only to have my nail tech try to start polish with my hands looking like this. my old polish was peeling still from my nails from an improper removal and my cuticles were left jagged, crusty, and hanging. i ended up walking out but paid for a regular manicure even though my nails are far worse than when we started never going back here.
