Keon has helped me out a few times now, the first to install a water meter and the second with a nasty leak. He has been truly wonderful both times, getting to the house as fast as he can, which is sometimes within a few hours. He also checked in with me a few days after his work was done to ask about the leak which was a delightful first for me. I recommend him highly and I think you will someday too. What seemed like a simple leak turned into a can-of-worms type of situation as we dug deeper to solve the initial situation. Thankfully Keon stuck with it till the end and didn't waiver till the job was done. Although it was late in the evening, he left and returned a few times to get the materials required to complete the job. I'd highly recommend.

K&K is absolutely WONDERFUL. They came to me as a recommend from a friend and a great recommend it was. I utilized their services twice recently and Keon was so incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. The first visit he was able to resolve my issue promptly and gave me good advice and insight into what was causing the issue and some things to look out for in the long term. The second visit he helped me resolve two issues - the second of which proved to be quite complicated. Despite this falling into after hours, he did everything he could to ensure I was set before leaving. He was so dedicated to resolving the issue so as to not leave me in a lurch (my issue was related to hot water which we all know is dire!) He helped retrieve the necessary parts and worked diligently to check everything before he left to make sure everything was working as it should be before his departure. This spilled into a late Friday evening to boot, and his professionalism and kindness with rolling with the punches was absolutely unparalleled. K&K will definitely be my go-to for any plumbing needs in the future and I genuinely felt compelled to share my great experience in hopes others will find their services useful as well.
