Worst place to do your taxes everyone inside of the store is ghetto and unprofessional I've filed with them for 4 5 years prior...I had the one guy...since he left this place is ratchet and ghetto never ever in life should u file with these ratchet a$$ people hate this place now...the people that work there now don't know what they're doing at all....literally ghetto...I been calling for over a month the person I did My taxes been on vacation since I filed my taxes...or she's never in the office...u could call a thousand times and they get mad at you like you doing something wrong...they are very snobby and rude...i would never recommend them worst place literally hands down.

Do not do your taxes here they definitely dont know what they are doing at all ! Very unprofessional you never get to speak to the person that actually file your taxes and when you do they act like they dont know what the issue is. This was my second and final year filing with these stupid people. They dont even try to get you a maximum refund they sit there and watch movies all day and take they sweet time while your waiting on ur taxes to be done not even paying attention to the computer and making sure they are doing they job properly. Honestly theres a million of tax preparer please go else where this is just a place to a get a quick return if you want everything done properly and you want a good amount please do not go here
