        I have used Oaks Dumpster Rental a total of 4 separate times in the past few years. Recently, we moved and had a lot of old stuff accumulated in our old house after 17 1/2 years of living there. Oaks was very affordable and delivered the dumpster where we wanted it on the day they said they would. They also picked it up within 24 hours of when I called to say we were done. I highly recommend them. Great customer service.

        They over charge you take money from your account without your permission after that they said they used for towing if you want discuss the issue with them they hang up phones on you Feel so sad

      We are sorry you did not have the positive experience we expect our clients to have. We pride ourselves on being transparent with our customers and respecting their property. In the case where the placement of a dumpster poses a possible issue, as in the dumpster getting stuck and requiring a tow, a waiver is signed by the homeowner so that all parties have an agreement of the consequences should an event occur, so no party is surprised if that situation happens. The waiver you signed was to alert you that this was possible and that a tow would be required if the dumpster got stuck. The dumpster got stuck. A tow was required. The tow service was charged as indicated in the waiver. We are very committed to customer service as our 4.6 review demonstrates.
