        Free breakfast buffet was great. Depending who was there, front desk service was hit or miss. I understand pull out sofa beds aren't the greatest, but the mattress on this one was falling apart. Pool was nice and clean.

        I am not usually one to write a review, however, I feel it is necessary after my weekend at this hotel. The venue is nice and pretty clean, however, there is a MAJOR issue with the pool area. The amount of chlorine used is OUTRAGEOUS. It caused many of the families and kids we were with to become ill. You couldn't stay in the area for long without suffering a headache, coughing, and experiencing a burning sensation. This also lead to sore throat, allergic reactions, hives, and minor chemical burns. Also, while we were there, I personally experienced an issue with the hotel staff. There are not clear rules with the gym area and one of the staff were less than nice! Instead of talking to me in a nice manner, it was immediate rudeness. I hope if we attend next year, we stay at another facility.

        Its unfortunate that bad apples spoil the bunch. Unfortunately due to people smoking in the room, others have to be penalized. Sad but understandable. Cest la vie. Thats life. Good hotel. Will stay again.

        This was my first time at a Homewood Suites but definitely won't be my last. It was beautiful, clean, check in and out was easy, everyone was pleasant, the hot tub was the best I've ever used at a hotel. Pool was clean. Good breakfast. I think it ended at 930, wished it was a little later. Easy to get to off the highway. Rooms had a full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove, pots, pans, plates, glasses in cupboard. It amazing. We were only there for one night but really wanted to stay a week

      Dear Jenna,Thank you for sharing your experience with us and are glad you enjoyed the hotel. We are surprised to hear about the issues you shared regarding the chlorine levels in the pool. We did not receive any comments regarding this issue during your stay. We have the chemicals checked three times a day, and they were in normal range all weekend. Monitoring and addressing safety issues is something we take very seriously. In regard to the fitness room, we do require proper clothing and footwear to be worn. Children wearing wet swimsuits and no shoes are not allowed to play on the gym equipment.
