Every year my family and I attend the Hertel trick or treating event on Hertel. Usually they shut down that part of the street to traffic so that families can safely enjoy trick or treating for 2 hours. I heard today that Hertel Home Consignment started a petition to keep traffic going on the street because they feared they would lose business. Pretty sickening that they care more about having cars flying down hertel than the safety of families for a mere 2 hours. Never again will I go to this place or any of the other businesses that joined this petition. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Omg. They know how to take care of a customer. We all know things go wrong. Its how you handle what went wrong. They were amazing with my purchase when things were out of their control and they handled it so professionally they had great communication and did everything they could to make everything right. I would definitely shop with them and work with them again.
