        A great concept in hotel. Really well located. Run almost like a bed-and-breakfast so you dont really interact with anybody but it wasnt necessary. The room was spacious and the bathroom comfortable and clean. Couldnt ask for a better place to spend one night.

      • There was an amazing place on the way to Niagara Falls on the side in Kennedy (about 40 minutes drive). We arrived at the hotel in March which is not so high season. The hosts chatted with us on WhatsApp and gave us exact details on how to enter the hotel and the room. The place is really nicely decorated and there are additional treats beyond just sleeping in the lobby and in the room. There is also an adjacent parking lot.

        This is a great neighborhood!! I enjoyed my stay here immensely!! Nearby activities: There are tons of free stuff to do. I wish I'd had more time. Safety: I felt pretty safe. Walkability: Great area to walk about. *There is a city bus stop right out front if needed.

      We’re sorry this was your experience, Matt. It is definitely atypical. The Edward has been open for over two years now and our staff who is on-site at varying times every day has never had this happen to them. Most guests rave about our walkable community inside Elmwood Village, the safe neighborhood and the rich historical mansions along the mature tree-lined streets along Millionaires Row.
