Very nice rooms. Spacious, clean..Although the lighting is very dim and there were no bag in the one trash can we had in out room..Not a big deal and I would definitely stay again!

Though the Embassy Suites Buffalo might show its age, the generous room sizes and meticulous upkeep more than compensate, placing you right in the heart of downtown convenience. However, the true gem of this hotel isn't just its physical attributesit's the staff. It's rare for me to emphasize this, but the team here elevates the experience to a five-star level. Their genuine warmth and eagerness to assist make you feel part of a family, validating and accommodating your needs with remarkable kindness, even when solutions aren't straightforward. This extraordinary level of service is why I'll keep returning.

I really love this hotel. This is my third time staying here. Always love the Embassy Suites amenities, but on top of that the Stagg are really nice, the hotel is in a great location downtown. I will be back. Rooms: I had a great room with a beautiful view. When I go back, I'll be asking for the same room on the 8th floor. Walkability: A quick walk to the convention center, about 5 minutes from the border crossing. Easy walk to Buffaloes Big Ditch Brewery. Flat streets. Food & drinks: Bella Ciao, the hotel restaurant has good Italian food and great drinks.
