Called for a quote on auto and homeowners and was hung up on. Quote "We screen all of Cynthias calls so she isn't wasting her time." That's ok there are plenty of insurance agents in Buffalo.

I called into the office at 1:00pm today. Whomever answered the phone was extremely rude. I started by stating that I am currently a Nationwide auto policy holder who needs to change my policy from one state to another. His response was and I quote, "What's your point?" I was taken back and responded, "Wow, that was rude but as I explained my point is that I have a policy in one state and need to changed to New York." He preceded to tell me that New York insurance is very expensive. My reply being, well I bought a house in New York and need my driver's license changed over therefore need to change it. I was so appalled by my interaction with him, I stopped and said, "You know what... I will just call somewhere else. Thank you." and hung up. Not a good look for this insurance broker and not a good look for Nationwide. New to the Buffalo area I am disgusted.

I called several times last week. Every time I called I received a different reply. Contacted local office, unable to help. Located a different "800" on my policy. At least this agent understood what I was asking. Pending solution

Nation wide insurance continues to send a non account holder a insurance payment information I keep texting stop but they keep readding my phone number I paid for for this reason I may not use them as they seem to not understand that watch the video i give zero stars
