    Just being transparent! I may not have been the nicest of people when I called in after waiting for an answer/email for a couple days, but one can only take so much! I am not a huge fan, if I could leave 0 stars I would! I emailed to cancel internet and cable from my account. The outright hostility and refusal to communicate in a timely or friendly manner just baffles me! I would not recommend them for any services that they provide. Partner Chris Fallon and his wife Elizabeth Fallon are some of the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered! Chris went so far as to threaten to send my phone numbers into limbo and said that I could file a complaint with the FCC to get my phone numbers back. All this because I wanted to cancel their services and did not speak nicely to them when I received the runaround from Elizabeth and Al. Elizabeth refused to cancel the internet/cable on my account the day I asked for it to be removed from my account, she actually charged me 13 additional days for services that I cancelled! Is this even legal? At this point I'm just happy to be rid of their services!

    We are very pleased with everything from the sale to customer service, to install. The desktop and cellular app are both user friendly. The biggest difference we notice is how much clearer our calls are as well as we are not experiencing deadlines with your company. Thank you for helping us to make a great switch.

    We noticed in November that we were paying for internet service that we terminated in Oct. 2017. The modem was taken out at that time. I called the provider and spent several hours on the phone with them and the best I could do was to get 2 months money back $159.98. I called Network Task Group and they went to work for us. They were able to get 36 months of payments back to us. Thanks to everyone at Network Task Group, Its good to do business with great people. Thanks again!
