The best snow removal service we have ever had in 26 years in Orchard Park. Very professional. Tim does what he promises and keeps his word. He is very knowledgeable and courteous and kind. Kindness matters in the post Covid era. Living in Orchard Park in the winter is hard enough. We have had previous crews that promised to deliver and have let us down. What a difference it makes to have someone trustworthy and truly caring. We hope to have Tim here in the summertime too.

Ron Hasse and crew were great. T Jr was very polite knowledgeable and patient. The crew also did great job. Clean up very professional and easy to deal with. Very happy. You company did a great job. T. O'Donnell is the first contractor in a very long time that we can use the word "trust" to describe. From the sales contact to the end of the job they were simply the best we have dealt with. Our project was a 4 week long block patio plus a special drainage pipe project and they were as professional, knowledgeable, and dependable as anyone could be. We would recommend them to anyone contemplating a project as well as have them back to do work for us in the future.
