I had another company come in first...they told me it would $700 for JUST the part. That didn't include tax or labor-it would've been a $900-$1,000 job at the end of it (not to mention they also suggested replacing my 11year old furnace which lasts 20 years normally). Joe Licata came and put in a new part (after normal business hours) tested the system and made sure I heard everything working! Biggest bonus-it was half the price-labor and the part cost me just $350! Very courtesy and professional-and he doesn't rip you off like the other guys! I am going to recommend him to everyone I know. Being a young homeowner it's hard to know when you are getting scammed or not! I am so happy I found Joe and his company!!!
