        I had to have my grandsons father served for back child support and because he lives in a different county, the Niagara County court couldn't serve him, it was up to me. In the past his girlfriend would say he didn't live there so I had to come up with an alternative plan. I hired WNY Process and couldn't be happier! Service was great and reasonable.         I see so many positive reviews. I disagree I live out of the county and have called multiple times and still nobody has called me back and given me the answers I need. They had no problem taking a payment but cant respond to me accordingly. I dont like how Ive been treated thus far. It makes me wonder about their credibility

Response to owners response below: Amazing how you find the time to respond to my review but don't have the time to call me back or respond to my email. Your account is not at all accurate. You were extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. You telling me to take my business elsewhere was great advice. I contacted another company and was treated with utmost respect and they listened to my situation.

      You paid Saturday it’s Monday morning. You have left messages in three minute increments while we assist other clients. We have spoken to you and we have told you we prefer to answer your questions in writing to avoid misunderstandings. A Sat payment and a bad review Monday before 1115 am- in light of your review a refund was issued-perhaps another firm can better accommodate your needs.

      service attempt began in less than one business day from receipt of the documents for service. Your issue was over the invoice being issued to your company whose email you used to submit the job request. Our staff works diligently to open files swiftly and making changes to your invoice was of lower importance, your numerous emails and phone calls regarding the change were all on their to do list, however opening files and assigning to servers for prompt attempts will continue to come before changes to an invoice. Yelling at the owner never wins favor. The truth was your documents needed to be corrected and our server had actually done a spectacular job on providing rush service for a non-rush price. your correct, the owner did not wish to work further with you after you called and were rude and yelling. the experience was not pleasant for us either.
