Grantwood Property Company was a great management company to work with! Mike is very responsive to anything you may need and Id highly recommend renting from Grantwood. Cheap rent, quick fixes, and great places to live!

I lived at 191 Bird for 4 years and it was the best for so many reasons. The landlords are amazing and responsive. The space is great with new appliances, restored hardwood floors, and even offered off street parking. The location was perfect for me when I was completing my masters program and working in the city as well. The area is constantly being updated with new people moving in and rehabbing homes. Its a great street with friendly neighbors. I would still be living there if I didnt move for work.

Beautiful apartment with great management. I lived in a 2BR apartment for 3 years and it would have been longer if I didn't have to move for work. The management made sure we had everything we needed to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. If there was ever a maintenance issue, they were quick to respond via text message, email, or the Grantwood portal. I would highly recommend them!

Great apartment to live. Neighbors are great. Management is also great. Management responds quickly to any inquiries. I really loved and enjoyed my time. Will miss you all.

I really cannot say enough about living at one of these properties. I lived at The Cardinal on Buffalo's West Side for three years. I remember thinking the rent I was paying compared to the value I was getting was a joke when I first saw the property with my own eyes. I spent the next couple of years looking for "the catch" but there was none. I had a great relationship with Mike and India, the landlords. My service requests were sometimes fulfilled that same day. Oh, and the responsiveness was unbelievable. The property was safe and secure always and we were constantly getting updates about the improvements to come. It was an incredible place to live but it was really the property managers that made it home to me. You really won't find anything comparable in terms of value and quality!
