Worked for this racist company when they were formerly named Somerset Mgmt. Thank God one of the largest subsidized properties was taken from them due to committing fraud; lying to the banks; well the good thing is that the property is finally being rehabbed. Not to mention they fired every person of color for reasonings that are still unknown. Then you hire incompetent staff that in turns steals your snow blowers (maintenance) & the office manager who was stealing rents to pay for their nursing tuition it baffles me how this company is still in existence. I get it you change your name & being selling real estate; I wouldnt buy a dog house from this company

Symphony is the worst property management company probably in NYS they were finally thrown out of the Riverview Manor apts after years of mismanagement and deceitful practices . They had a criminal lazy janitor named Dwayne who who was actually taken away in handcuffs only to return four days later after he got out of jail. When reported to Symphony it was blocked by a relative of his Johnnie so it never got to regional management After this he had keys and entered many apts while tenets were out . The building managers came and went people never really bothered getting their names a Maintenance boss Mark was so stupid it was unbelievable the whole operation was an Amos and Andy Laurel and Hardy comedy act good riddance Symphony
