I was referred to Christina Chou, who completed my tax return promptly. She was friendly and professional ! She also thoroughly answered my questions and was very knowledgeable. Keep up the great work because EG tax is lucky to have you !!

I had someone who was stressing because she had other obligations for Dingus Day after work and was furious that people came for their taxes to be prepared and filed on last day for filing. She yelled at me because I had 2 homes to file and forgot I shared that information at the beginning and when I made the appointment. She then later admitted she forgot she asked me to start with one home at a time. I gave her still a five dollar tip for her time ,that I could not afford. She barely said thank you and walked away with no smile. Please don't have her again. I believe there were things she should have included and insisted no need for the information. My hope is I am not going to have to pay back money because of her un professionalism, unkind attitude, and rushing me out of the office. I called and made the appointment and asked if ok to come to file both my properties and I was informed it was ok and best to have an appointment than to just walk in. I made the appointment and was not satisfied with the service at all. Now to submit my concerns I am forced to select a rating of 1 to 5 stars. I do not choose any stars. My concerns will not post if I do not choose at least 1 star. Truly, for me I chose 0 stars. The system forced me to select at least 1.
