H&R Block

I don't see how they could take the 218 for the fee out of 254 and not put the remaining balance on my card on a date that it said it would be. I don't think I will be using h&r block ever again to do my taxes. And they haven't released my federal income tax to me neither. It's pretty messed up that this tax place screwed up my direct deposit and took the fee twice from me. I have a meeting today at the office on Amherst Street with the supervisor there and the person who did my taxes and screwed it up. I will never use this place ever again and can't wait to see how they are going to come up with another story about there screw ups and can't wait to get a check for ten thousand dollars for them charging me twice.

First they double booked me so I had to wait over a hour and a half. Then The first guy enter the wrong information in 4 different places getting me rejected by the IRS The supervisor didnt know how to fix it so they ignored me for days until I took off work and refused to leave until they fix what THEY messed up. By then I had figured it out myself and had to tell them what needed to be fixed.They charge you $475 to f up your money and talk down to you. I felt completely discriminated against once I didnt feed into Joes CREEPY antics. And now my taxes are going to take another 10-15 days because he put in the wrong bank information. And as if I hadnt been insulted enough I was told we are going to help you out and they gave me a $25 coupon. TRUST ME GO turboTax
