        This summit federal credit union is absolutely horrible. I have been trying for a week to talk to someone. They will put you on hold for over a half hr I call back and its the same this absolutely ridiculous. I wish I wouldve never went through them. But heres the funny thing they send me a hundred emails but cant answer the phone not once.

        New app is abysmal. Tried speaking with office staff but that was a useless endeavor. Closing this account cannot happen soon enough. Although my recent interaction with Summit FCU was extremely dissatisfactory, I really must commend their customer service representative Katie N. She was very helpful and extremely prompt in answering my concerns. She is a credit to this establishment. Thank you, Katie N.

        Was a member for many years in the past, always got excellent service. Went back recently for notary service, she was very friendly and professional. Caught some signatures I had missed which saved me a trip back. Support your local credit union!
