Do not use Maxwell inspections as recommended by realtors. We have been in our home for about a year now and cant believe it passed the inspection due to how many issues continually arise. Every company that comes in is hesitant or refuses to do work due to how poorly previous work was completed and how not up to code it is. I feel like this should have been caught and discussed more before considering purchasing the home. We would have never purchased if we had know the full extent of the work that needed to be done. We are highly disappointed more and more as issues pile up!
