        A friend had his auto insurance help with a rental after a car accident, but need help with the Deposit. Customer service was great, but getting the Deposit back has been a nightmare, returned the vehicle on 3/18/24, and still have not received the Deposit back

        Evans the manager in Training did NOT call the RESERVED customers to let us know THEY had NO VEHICLES available. Cleaned and readied cars for the Caucasian males first, and told us colored people they did not have vehicles. Why are there multiple vehicles parked along their lot with no vehicles available? Called Cananadaigua, NU, they said there was an available car, four mins later I received a call. No vehicles available. No manager has still yet to call me thanks for nothing Enterprise! Ruined a lot of paid plans.
