This place is "OK". The top sheets on our bed were not washed. We know this because of the food stains on them. There was a slight smell in the room, but it eventually faded. The tub had some stains, but they came to clean it out. All of the significant issues were housekeeping. We did ask for a wake-up call that we didn't get. The "breakfast" was not so much! It's a place to sleep without the hotel feel. The people at the desk were friendly.

Nice clean room. Hall had new carpeting. Friendly staff. They forgot our towels and washcloths though. Highway is right there, and loud.

Booked a double and a hot tub room for 2 nights, buttons were broken, no hot water. When I asked for another room was told there weren't any available so I asked to be compensated as I did not get what I paid for, night auditor was rude and asked if I wanted to leave, apparently that was his resolution. It was late so we just stayed. Tried to cancel the next booking but was charged anyway even tho we stayed at a different hotel. The manager refused to help and Choice corporate could not do anything either. NEVER AGAIN! I RECOMMEND THE QUALITY INN ON DINGENS IF YOU NEED A NICE ROOM, AMMENITIES AND RESPECTFUL STAFF.......

Needed a quick place to crash on the way back from Florida......Wifi didn't work on devices due to their security certificate being expired months ago, breakfast had expired items like yogurt, had cold eggs and sausage....Remote control for tv had minimal buttons that worked, volume down or sleep didn't. Pool was closed, the duvet was stained yellow and had no cover on either beds
