Olde Towne Village Apartments

Response to emails and maintenance problems very quickly. When there is a maintenance request, it is either fix the same day or the next day. Very friendly and understanding people.

I've been a resident of Olde Towne Village Apartments for 15+ years. During that time I've seen quite a few manager and maintenance turnovers. At present, Jalie is our manager and John is in charge of maintenance and I couldn't be happier. They are pleasant, helpful, friendly and willing to go the extra mile for the tenants. If there is an issue, it is addressed promptly and efficiently. Based on my interactions with Jalie and John, I feel their job performance deserves 5 stars.

I would like to say that in all the places I have lived previously this is the most amazing environment to be in. The staff is wonderful getting me acquainted with the area and any issues I needed fixed were handled in a timely fashion with minimal to no delay. The maintenance worker has been a huge asset in assuring any issues I need fixed was done thoroughly and I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an amazing place to live!
