Loved my stay here ! The penthouses are very beautiful with a beautiful view of the Long Island ocean and NYC skyline . The view is such a marvel at night ! Includes 24 hour valet parking , 24 hour concierge & gym . 10/10

I've been living here for about 1 month. In this one month there has been 1. Multiple maintenance issues from day 1. Both the dryer and the dishwasher was not working. After about 12-15 days they replaced the dryer. Which meant ever since I moved in I wasnt able to do the laundry and had to go behind the management multiple times before they replaced the dryer and serviced the dishwasher that still doesnt dry all the dishes off. The replaced dryer also isnt drying the clothes and its already been over a week since Ive put in a complaint and request for maintenance. Initially Ms. Carolyn the assistant manager was questioning my ability to use the dryer and if I know the proper settings to do so but after Mr. Mark the maintenance manager came and checked the dryer he confirmed it wasnt working and said the service reps will be coming yesterday! Of course no one showed up I didnt get any communication from them and inspite of me calling them five times no one knew what was happening and was just transferring calls which again werent answered. THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING! 2. ALL 3 elevators were broken at the same time at some point. For over 2 weeks only 1 elevator was working! 3. Guests who come visit you arent validated for parking so they either pay like they are parking in a lot or they park on the road. While the valet parking told us leasing office can validate the parking, so my guest parked the car in as she got in at 2am that night, the next morning Ms. Carolyn refused to validate even though there was a miscommunication between management and valet! This is how guests here are treated. And also elevators were still not working so they have to use the stairs. 4. Communication from management needs so much improvement. Multiple emails get one reply, multiple calls might get your work done in two weeks or more maybe? Initially when I came to look at the apartment to lease it Mr. Diego, Ms. Carolyn, Ms Patara seemed wonderful. But with all the problems Im facing as a renter I see very little being done by any of them to take this situation and my inconvenience seriously.
