I don't know anyone who likes buying a new car due to how longggggg it takes and dealing with the salesperson. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by our salesperson Brad who was awesome. No hard pushy sales tactics, truly a pleasure to work with. Also surprised that the financing woman was also great to work with. We got a great deal on our car and the loyalty cash back from Jaguar is what sealed the deal. We traded in our car and that's were the sales manager took us. We did it only for the convenience because we're NJ residents and the dealerships in NY. Definitely would have done better selling on our own. That's the only reason I dropped the stars to 4. But all in all Brad was excellent definitely ask for Brad if you're planning on purchasing a car from Autonation!

Jaguar New Rochelle did a great job preparing my new F-Pace for pickup. I was able to handle a majority of the details over the phone and the process was nicely streamlined when I arrived at the dealership to take the car home. Francis in sales and Christina in finance were attentive to my needs and treated me extremely well throughout my visit. The car was in perfect condition and Francis was able to quickly pre-set many of the features to my liking. It was a terrific experience with Jaguar New Rochelle, overall.
