Tsao is a natural healer. Not only did she prep me so well for a fertility cycle and healing the inflammation after, but her practices helped my body so much in gut health, inflammation and swelling. My body changed session after session with noticeable positive impact. She cares so much about her clients, is a joy to talk to, and truly is so knowledgeable. 11/10 would recommend!

Tsao is a true healer! Im feeling better and better each week. In addition to helping me be more in tune with my cycles Ive also seen a decrease in lymphedema and better sleep! She is a joy.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Tsao. She really understood my needs for acupuncture and helped me understand the healing powers of the practice. I plan to return soon for another round and recommend her to anyone that is looking for healing in many ways. She listens, she educates, and most important, she cares about her patients. Her office is quiet, calming, and inviting. I usually fall asleep every time!

I've struggled with endometriosis and resulting chronic low back pain for many years. I feel very lucky to have come across IHA/Tsao, this was my first acupuncture experience and after hearing stories from friends that had been to other places I was a bit nervous but my sessions here have been wholly positive. Tsao has been SO incredible in alleviating my lower back pain with acupuncture and teaching me stretches and breathing techniques that have really helped.
Our sessions have increased my quality of life, I look forward to going and would highly recommend them!
