This is the worst living situation Ive been in. Ive been verbally threatened by the superintendent because weve been asking him to fix our heat. We were without heat or ac for over a week without any action by management. Live elsewhere.

This building and the leasing management is the worst thing I have ever came across. We have moved in the building 5 months ago and it is middle of winter now and we still don't have hot water for the showers. They did so many repairs and maintenance and they shut down the hot water so many times and we still don't have hot water. We had no gas for months. the rooftop and gym are still not even close to ready as they advertised the building to us. The amount of stuff that goes wrong in the building and our apartment is unbelievable. They never address our concerns at all and they get neglected no matter how many times we ask.

I just moved into this building, I love it, management is great the doorman is always so helpful and the supers are really friendly.
