Bethany, Sammoy, and Aaron of Residential Services are all incredibly professional and delightfully pleasant. My experiences with all these employees (and there have been many, as my family and I only recently moved in) are knowledgeable, and answered all my tedious questions with kindness and patience. I can only hope that they are compensated in a way commensurate with their talent.

I moved in a few weeks back, and I've gotta say, I've got some serious qualms about how this company treats its workers or contractors. Right after I moved in, I ran into a bunch of issues with my bathtub, faucet, paint job, and some busted appliances. But what really got me was when the worker (super nice guy) showed up without the right tools for the job. Chatted with some other folks living here, and turns out, workers from the same company went on strike 'cause they weren't getting paid or were being overworked. These workers are good folks, and it's a shame to see this kinda stuff happening in such a beautiful place like this property.

Weve been working with Tiffany Walker throughout our apartment search. She has been amazingly helpful and flexible. Tiffany showed us many apartments until we found the one that was right for us. The moving process was very, very smooth. Tiffany continues to be a resource and promptly answers all questions. We love the neighborhood and the community. Highly recommend!
