My family and I are leasing an apartment at 2 waterline square and I must say that Neeta and Aaron have been really amazing and assisting with us with everything we need. They are the best and the building and management is super.

Im not a resident here but my niece is when I tell you this is the most elegant place I visit in New York. Smells awesome throughout the building. Staff is awesome. So many activities here. I asked my niece how do I apply. The place is truly magnificent. I asked her who is the person that designed the building and that he must be a zillionaire. She told me but I forgot. Anyway, the place is beyond awesome.

I am absolutely delighted with my stay at Waterline Square Rentals. This place earns a well-deserved 5/5 rating for its dedication to providing an exceptional living experience. The concierge team is particularly outstanding, with two team members, James and Cameron, deserving special mention. Their attentive care and unwavering dedication to their roles have truly made this place feel like home. Their warm greetings and willingness to assist at any time of the day have greatly enhanced the welcoming atmosphere of Waterline Square. A fantastic rental experience that I highly recommend! We know the price is on the higher side, and we used to live in VIA apartment. We moved to a bigger place because I just had a baby. If you're thinking about family, this is a perfect place. Furthermore, the amenities at Waterline Square Rentals are top-notch. The gym is well-equipped with modern machines and there's also a yoga studio for relaxation. I loved the kid's room especially when its cold outside! Cannot beat that convinience

I have lived at Waterline Square (One Waterline Square) as a tenant since it opened in 2020 and it's truly been a wonderful experience. The apartments tend to be much larger than the rest of Manhattan (many one bedrooms around 1,000 square feet) and all of the furnishes and appliances are top notch. The maintenance team is also the best I have ever worked with, and essentially all maintenance issues were completely fixed in less than 24 hours (even minor/.cosmetic issues). The best thing for me about living at Waterline Square was the sense of living in the city while still feeling like I lived in a place where I could get away from the daily hustle of midtown. When you walk the very well manicured Waterline Square park landscapes with your dog, you will feel miles from NYC (and I mean that in the best possible sense). Top notch place to live and I truly recommend it - not your average NYC luxury community.
