I was here for 3 minutes and this is a very nice bank. I drove by and saw the waterfall and had to go check it out. There are only 13 branches in the U.S.A. If I read the information right. I would do business here for the future. I am not sure the video will play the audio added or not?

Most staff at this branch are in desperate need of an attitude adjustment. The 2 stars go to their chocolate chip cookies

As Thanksgiving rolls around, I am thankful for Denis Moiseyev. He and those at the branch never fail to go the extra mile in terms of service.

Full-service bank; wish I'd known about these guys earlier.Called up First Republic Bank while hunting for a student loan consolidation loan - starting at 2%, these guys offered by far the best interest rates (compared to about 4% to 4.5% for SoFi and competitors). The catch is that you need to have an active checking account, and significant (10-20%) deposit minimums to get these rates; ultimately, these cheap (and relatively low-value) loans are designed to engage (ensnare?) new clients so that their *next* transaction is a much larger mortgage or business loan.Fortunately, this high-level wooing comes with all the bells and whistles. Our local banker Erik was immediately available by phone and in person (where cookies are abundant), and subsequent contacts from the bank make it clear that they're trying to build goodwill in this upwardly mobile middle-class kid. Some limitations in the bank's exclusivity. No-fee checking requiring at $2,500 minimum, and free non-FRB ATM use requiring $3500 would have put these products (and the bank) out of reach for the college and grad school versions of me. And engagement with the bank means you have to live in a location where they have a physical footprint (sorry, flyover states). Interested in no scrubs, apparently.
