    I just want to speak with the notary but its impossible to speak with someone. They never pick up and leave you with the same repeating message until my phone got tired! And good luck with the number listed here. It basically goes to voicemail and then disconnects you.

    I went in, sat down in the lounge and waited for one of the employees to help me with my issue. While waiting there was one customer being assisted at one desk and the other desk was available. The available worker kept walking around seeing that I needed help and completely ignored me. Didn't even acknowledged that I was waiting to be assisted. I was the only customer there 10 minutes after one of the customers had left. I waited and waited and no one gave the thought that I needed help. I had to inform the security guard at the front that I was still waiting. Security notified one of the workers and once someone finally realized, I walked over to their desk and sat down. While seated by the desk, the other employer who had seen me earlier for assistance was on the phone by his desk talking unrelated work things because he spoke in a different language I understood. So clearly, this man was not doing his job and could've seen me a lot sooner instead of having me wait a total of 30 minutes. I explained my issue to the person helping me and I was given something completely different than what I said. The person told me that they didn't hear me the first time and made an error in my account and had it blocked. I never said to block my account so they misheard and wasn't listening at all to begin with. I had to explain to them again, clearly what I needed and I finally was helped. I've been going here for years and the new workers are slow, not attentive to customers needs or well aware that they need to be seen, don't listen and carelessly makes an error in the account but apologizes like it's okay. If I had not said anything to security I would've waited more than 30 minutes just for someone to see me and help me. Also, why is that I had to notify security I needed help with an issue in my account, it's the workers who know of banking and how to resolve my issue that should've been more focused on anyone else that may needed help. Grateful security notified them but if that didn't happen the employers would've carelessly not have payed mind to me. The employers last year were much better than the ones now.
