I would like to say thank you to a wonderful person Claude. She could easily manage my problems. She took time to answer all my stupid questions even though I didn't have an appointment. It's been my third time using this location and every time everything was perfect

The teller that ended up helping me was very professional, the banker behind the desk treated me like my issue was a bother to her. She seemed as my chip malfunctioning was not a priority and was more worried about me opening a savings account was the priority! This is why I use Citibank as my main checking and saving accounts. Customer service is below average. But today was a tipping point as the staff didnt intervine when another customer was verbally harassing me and indicated that people like me needs to go back where I am from. This behavior is unacceptable and I confronted the man while the staff that was present didnt do anything. I would suggest to go to another branch as they might have a better moral and service.

Worst branch, basically closes its door 20-30 min before their posted time and have very rude customer service
