This is a very traditional Shanghainese barber shop.If you want a quick, affordable $7 haircut without high expectations, this is a place to go. But if you are looking for a 5 star service as an enjoyment, or planning to turn yourself into a K-Pop star, this might not be the place for you. FYI, the waiting time might be longer than the time they actually cut your hair. Cash Only!
