I am very picky with whom I let touch my hair, and I am so lucky to find this salon! The staff are very professional, each member in his way. I get my hair colored and cut there for years, and every time I leave the salon, I get stopped on the street and ask where I get my hair done. Highly recommended!

Dont usually post my salon experiences but thought this needs to be told. Called the salon yesterday at 5:00pm to make blow-out appt for Wednesday and was told salon wont have water due to problem with bldg. Scheduled appt for Tuesday even though I knew it would rain. Sure enough starting raining and called to reschedule for Thursday of same week and was charged a cancellation of $100 for my rescheduling. I have never experience this type of policy in all of NYC, dentist, doctor, hair salon. They must really be suffering financially!!!! Sorry I ever called them but they are in a temporary space near my apt so I tried them out first time a week ago. Was going to Jon Frieda Salon in City for past 12 years until they closed in September and never experienced this type of policy. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Valery is the only person I let cut my hair. Not only is he the best at cutting hair, but he is also the kindest person. So much love & great energy at the salon

For ten years I have trusted this marvelous salon.. they have been accommodating any time and my hair always looks fabulous.. every beautician and colorist is talented and the people at the desk are extraordinarily pleasant and helpful. My favorite salon in NYC - from the haircuts to hair color, manicures and pedicures, and makeup - they are the best. They also work to accommodate my schedule.
