We had one of the least professional experiences with the owner (Marianne). As you can see in all negative reviews here, she thinks she is never wrong and her staff never makes mistakes... if you choose Adrienne's prepare to be disappointed and lied to.

Maryann was absolutely wonderful to work with! Not only did I find the PERFECT wedding dress at Adrienne's, but she did a wonderful job tailoring the dress. I could only come in once as I was living in CA at the time and she was able to perfectly tailor the dress without multiple fittings. She is incredibly talented and kind. I could not speak more highly of my experience!

Ms Adrienne is so amazing she was able to accommodate even at the last minute I found my dream wedding dress and she also does alterations I am so excited for my big day and I would greatly recommend her Thankyou again

I had a wonderful experience at Adriennes, and with its owner Maryann. I wish I had visited her store first, as it would have saved me a lot of time dress shopping. I live in NJ, and I went to several high-end stores to try on dresses from my favorite designer Lillian West. I went to diamond locations which were supposed to carry an array of dresses from her brand, and they didnt have the selection of dresses that Maryann had. When I went to Adriennes to place my order, she still allowed me to try on 2 other dresses from Lillian West that I could not find in NJ. Maryann wanted me to be 100% confident when choosing my final dress, which I appreciate. She offered me a fantastic deal on my dress, making my trip into the city worth it. What I appreciate about Maryann is the value of her word. If Maryann tells you she is going to call you back, she does. If she tells you the dress is this price, it is. She is not in the bridal industry to be a saleswoman, but to help brides find their perfect dress. Lastly, Maryann was sweet and knowledgeable, and every piece of advice she gave about ordering my dress was 100% on point. Visit her store when youre in NYC, you wont regret it!
