        Shopped here for a dress to wear to a party. Bought this beautiful $600 dress and asked the associate, lily, to steam it for me. She said she would, but ended up not doing so and handed me the bag. Very disappointed by the professionalism especially when paying so much for an item. I would have appreciated being told that the dress was not able to be steamed.

        disgusting. they keep dirty clothes on hangers, when I pointed out to the girl that I wanted to try on the dress, but it was dirty, she just said that it was the last one and asked if I wanted to try it on. Is that a joke?
