        I was given a Bell chiffon v neck blouse as a gift which was a gift. However it was a size large wanted to see if it could be exchanged for a different size all tickets were on the blouse never worn. It was purchase through Macy .They had no more so this will be the last time will buy anything from this name label.

        Love Lola and Sophie. I have several pieces, great jacket, a beautiful blouse and now the latest addition, long dark navy cardigan.... light and breezy, makes me look taller and slender...I am enjoying wearing it very much! I also had a great costumer service experience. The package was send timely and I have received it faster then expected.

      Hi Beatrice, I believe you may have the wrong brand in this case. We have never, and currently do not, sell through Macy's. They do, however, carry other brands with the name "Lola" in them. I'm sorry for your experience but I believe you've left this review on the incorrect page. If this turns out to be true, we would appreciate if you could remove the negative 1-star review. Thank you.
