        The store itself and how everything is presented is simply amazing! The service on the other hand is pretty much the opposite of amazing. Ive been brought a shirt to try on and after i went out to tell the salesperson, that i need another size, he was just gone and never came back. I really wanted to buy some stuff, but the salespeople gave me the feeling, that I dont look like im worth it. They prefered talking to each other over helping costumers.

        Lost doorman job Covid 19 have to stand outside with sign wont help experience doorman say I am too old. Sales staff laughed at me right in front nice people give me money. Shame on Ralph Lauren wont help senior citizen. Boycott!!!!

        Always a great shopping experience. Staff is so very helpful and always makes me spend more then I really wanted too . Just kidding. The RL team always treats me like family and they know what I likee and don't like. Definitely the place to shop for all RL customers.
