        Service is so bad, always makes mistake I ordered iced latte and they twice gave me hot so I had to wait to get the right one. I even ordered through app and they made mistake so why would I ordered through app, it doenst save any time?

        I didnt know what to expect cus Ive never been here but the staff was amazing. Every single one of them were attentive and made me feel at home. The decor is inviting, the lighting is intimate and its in the Empire State Building!

        This how they keep salmon out in the back, left like that until a manager came by (30-40 mins because another worker left it there unattended) be careful what you eat there.

        Wow!!! What a great location! It has nothing to do with a Starbucks anymore. It's something very special. The store looks completely different, the coffee is much better and completely different goods are offered. Insider tip in NYC.
