I was fortunate enough to cross paths with Steven and John back in 2021 when I was originally trying to start my own business. Steven had found an amazing space for me to open my own salon and really advocated for me and my best interests. Steven had put in a lot of work to get me into that space only for it to fall through due to external and unforeseen circumstances. Even so, he remained kind, understanding, and supportive: he genuinely just wanted what was best for me. Three years later I picked up my search again and knew to call up the guys at Sido. Not only did we find a space that exceeded my needs and expectations, but these guys really went to bat for me throughout the entire process. As a young hairdresser moving into salon ownership totally alone, I really needed a team of brokers I knew I could trust as we navigated such intimidating new waters. They were beside me every step of the way, advocated for me whenever necessary, accompanied me to every meeting and walk-through, and I felt protected knowing they would walk away from any deal that wasn't in my best interest. John and Steven were exceptional!! They both went above and beyond to accommodate my demanding and picky needs! Bless them for showing me dozens of places and really honing in on what I wanted but could also afford! They spent a great deal of time with me until we got exactly the type of space in the right area and budget! They had a great amount of patience and worked around my schedule. When I had any questions or hiccups along the way, they always stepped in to help and mend the situation. I don't typically write reviews, but this company was very hands-on and worth letting others know!

Let me start off this review by first expressing my gratitude to William Akleh for displaying all the following attribute and key work-ethic behaviors that have assisted me with finding a retail space for my business. After two months of doing my own retail space research with different agents, I had stumbled upon William from Sido New York Real Estate who essentially did most of the homework for me. He took it upon himself to get to know what exactly I was looking for, and the type of business I was starting up, and showed me a list of 100 potential spaces that were available. Once I had narrowed down my focus to a handful of spaces he got me access to check out those spaces, provided pricing, and also shared any other information about the space that might be of interest. Not only did he do much of the homework for me in finding a space, but he also communicated efficiently and promptly all deliberations between me and the landlords. Lets just say that efficiency is a major attribute when working with these guys. Furthermore, once the lease was finalized, William went further to assist by finding me a notary, which he took care of the cost, and also provided me with connections to insurance agents, and also agents of phone companies for the business. The recommendations are not just mere recommendations, to be clear. Even the recommended agents were as fast and efficient as William. I had previously contacted three insurance agents to assist with finding a quote for the retail space, and Williams property insurance agent provided me with a quote within 24 hours and with a better policy and pricing. When it came time to share this information with the landlord, William and his recommendation did all the communication for me. In short, this brokerage firm is efficient, and they are better than the dozen of other brokerages that I have reached out to. They are a one stop shop for businesses that are looking to find or sell a space.
