I recently had lasik done and was required to pick up some prescripted eyedrops. My mom had to go in my steed to pick up said medication at this location. One of their employees went above and beyond, a pharmacist named Nicola. She was very kind to my mother and my mom, who never praises anyone, was full of praises for her. I wish I could have done the receipt suvery, unfortunately, I recovered too late. So a shout out to Nicola, Thank you for being so kind.

I was here today in the beauty section of this Walgreen's at 55th between Park and Madison. Along came a wonderful lady named Jewel who was very helpful and knowledgeable. She went the extra mile to help me find the good stuff and I bought it all because she pointed me in the right direction. This one is indeed a jewel - find her if you need anything beauty related.

Horrible pharmacist hounded me about my prescription. Seemed suspicious I wasn’t honest about my history with my doctor before handing over the medication. I stood there with a fever, bronchitis, and ear infection as this ridiculous person tried to explain to me why she wouldn’t give me the antibiotic I was changing to. I’m with one of the most trusted ENTs in the city who was well aware of what I was on and what I was changing to. Reported her to my doctor and to Duane reade after this experience.
