Sketchy. I found out from the cleaning person that they were closing my space! They didnt even tell me. Week before my move out they billed me $1650 for a security deposit.

WeWork at this location 27 East 28th Street also affiliated with 79 Madison Avenue is the worst wework in New York City if you do not match what they're looking for they raise your prices so high that is impossible for you to pay it people that have companies at this address and pay wework a fee are not happy management in this building they have not been trained correctly they have no customer service experience and constantly yelling at the members this place should be closed down so you have a business and you want to have your company here please do not I work there for security for 3 years this building management is the worst and you can never find management because they're always late or they're not coming at all they're not hospitable and they never smile it's the worse let me make you a better suggestion where to go 16 East 34th Street it is so much better management there again to making members happy they smile all the time but 27 East 28th Street 79 Madison Avenue I wouldn't go there for your business I know of an instance where three businesses were there only for 2 months and they will ask to leave because they they make the prices Three Times Higher and they counted on that because company won't be able to afford it as a result of the worst ever customer service this building is being closed by wework
