WeWork Office Space & Coworking

I will explain why I could only give one star to this location. Since I became all access membership, I started to use this location. It was the perfect location for me, and the space was beautiful. But the problem was staff members. I'm a person who is working on a weekend. But for two weeks straight, AC didn't work. I didn't even complain about anything for the first week, and since it was getting hot, I emailed about it on Saturday during the daytime. And they sent me an email on Tuesday, which means 3 days later without any apologies. And what they said is, "IF YOU WANT MORE AC AFTER WORKING HOUR, YOU SHOULD PAY $200 PER HOUR". Then why do you guys open this place for 24 hours? I even sent those emails in the daytime. And before I got this email from them, they said there is AC has a problem. I think they are supposed to email me about those things first, and apologies, and maybe they can tell me about the policy about $200. I feel so much disrespect from staff. The only thing I loved about is the space itself and the cleaning team. There is a guy who always cleans until 9 pm. And he was the most fantastic person I have ever met in this whole experience. I hope that anyone who wants to use this place, please keep this all in your mind.

Not sure why this WeWork does not get better reviews. It's bright, spacious and you can look at The High Line from your window. There's also a lot of desks and chairs to pick from. On top of that there's a huge terrace to enjoy your lunch. Only downside it's around 10 minutes walk from subway.

It's a mystery to me why, at the entrances of all WeWork buildings where the lease obviously includes rights to put up signs, what floors are included and what's on each floor. The labyrinth thing, the searching for where to go is, honestly, a weak attempt to be more elitist than the pricing defines. I get that not everyone is welcome, and for $299/month and required to reserve space in advance of arrival, the country club vibe is still very much in play here.

Love the vibe here. People are respectful and kind and the staff are AWESOME. Makes working enjoyable.
