At Sophie's Cuban it is our mission to provide fresh, quality Cuban cuisine, with great service, in a clean, warm, and inviting atmosphere. We're sorry to hear your visit did not live up to our standards. Our Flatiron location was designed with our valued guests and team members in mind. Our kitchen is closer to the front of the house, enabling a better line of communication for our staff. Guest place their order with one team member, ensuring order accuracy and we have installed self-order kiosks with built-in loyalty to help during busy hours. Our steam table is still visible to guests as well. We are sorry to hear about the roast pork and the green sauce. Our food is still made fresh, all day long, and our green sauce is never frozen.
