We see that you booked a regular manicure and french pedicure while your friend booked a french manicure pedicure with us. During your friend’s manicure, an issue arose which she wasn’t satisfied with her french pedicure. Right away, our provider and manager came to check to offer a fix immediately, which your friend declined and said it was ok. However, coincidently, the issue was brought up once more at the end, even though this could have been fixed promptly earlier. We offered her to come back to fix it any other day. However, it was refused for having no time and she couldn’t come back either. In return, we were happy to give your friend a discount for her pedicure service. We didn’t argue but you shouted out, strongly refusing to tip for your friend’s and also your own services. We are happy to see and improve with honest reviews. Even after what happened, we are quite surprised that you still left us a review. We don’t know what else that we can offer as a small business. We hope that you will be happy and successful in your career.
