Bad advice , from an overconfident stutterer. Avoid - Dinitri represented me, and when he screwed things up irreparably and it was time to settle up, and retrieve the file, he couldn't even face me and had to get his wife to do it while he hid in his office. Had pages of disclosure that he never ebmven niticed were incompte.'photocopies of the front page of a bank statement with none of the following pages". He billed me for looking at these documents, work he obviously did not do. And then books a $2000 deposition session, where he has no prepared questions. Told me to file in Supreme Court, which was also a mistake. A mistake at every turn. Avoid Maisonet.
