Staff at this location can be soooo rude at times. One time I went to do self checkout one time, and I didn't know the register was closed, since there was no sign. The manager who seemed to have be working the machines raised his voice at me to say that machine was closed. Like I supposed to know that since there was no sign. I just stared at him for a moment at disbelief with how is possible for him to think that is an acceptable way to treat customers.

A branch like any other. Not outstanding, but not bad either. - What's a shame is that the checkout was not manned, they had a self-service terminal here. You just had to find your way around. Went to the pharmacy to get a prescription that I forgot while traveling. Raghda was very helpful and kind. 5 star service.

Worst customer service asked few members of staff for help but they prefer getting on with stacking and packing. Robots are more courteous and helpful than the people that work here. Find a better place to spend your money.

Third time I had to walk out since nobody is around with a key to open anything and there was no buzzer or anything to call them. Can't do business like this. If you don't have enough staff then just close a location or two.
