Please someone help me understand the great reviews...why does my client who goes there religiously, pays all the time continuously, and gets clothes coming back smelling like they've never been washed at all...the shirts come back smelling like the gym and this is no exaggeration cause it's on repeat every week...I have to organize his laundry every week and it's the same thing and I don't understand...if something is wrong with your machines please fix it because they don't even smell like soap at all...ive even seen him put tide pods in bag to send to u guys so the clothes can smell fresh and I don't even think u even used it because it's sameeee thing. Again please help me understand why everyone else is satisfied! Do u use cheap soap idk, I really don't know what's going on!
