I had a great experience at ByNext on my last trip to NYC I needed to clean my suit for my weddings friend that got dirty during my traveling the airplane was not taking responsibility of that so when I found ByNext I could not be more that happy they did a great job, they had it on time and Claudia did an amazing job ensuring that my suit will be back on time and deliver to me. Definitely recommend to my friends in NYC I Will definitely see them next time Im back!

The dry cleaning is amazing - they really care about getting out all the stains. And if you need alterations - Ross is a master tailor! He shortened a jacket for me but this star studded glittering review is for the magic work he did altering a suit for my partner ! Wow Ross took an ancient baggy Brooks Brothers suit and made it into a sexy brand new suit !!! Thank you Ross !!! Twice they delivered my clothes to the wrong apartment building. They refused to give me a refund and were extremely slow in getting responding.
